“I've struggled for many years with eating disorders and was convinced that I screwed up my body and I would never be able to have a normal eating pattern again. I kept gaining weight and was blaming my 'not functioning' body for it. I was constantly bloated, retaining water and I was ashamed for what I saw in the mirror. I knew I had to do something about it, but only in a healthy way, and that's when I decided to contact Anastasia. 

I was afraid in the beginning to let go of my disordered thoughts and habits, but I knew that I could trust Anastasia and that I could tell and ask her everything. She helped me SO much!! I've made a lot of progress and gained strength, both mentally and physically! I lost 7 kg, while I kept gaining strength and improving my workouts, I am more in control of my thoughts and got rid of so many sabotaging habits. I learned a new way of living that is sustainable and gives me satisfaction. I got prove that I didn't screw up my body and that I am able to have a normal eating pattern and thoughts.

For the first time in my life, I can say that I'm proud of how my body looks. I still have things to conquer and a path to go, but I know that I can always ask Anastasia for help.

"I’ve have worked with Anastasia for almost over 1 year and I can’t express how much I’ve learnt and gained through that relationship. Her work ethics and coaching is just amazing. Her professionalism is what I’m most grateful for. Even while she dieted for her own bodybuilding  show, she travelled to my first two bodybuilding competitions and made a huge difference. At the start of lockdown I felt lost, like a lot of people. I am a full time stay at home mum to 2. The little free time I had recently carved out for myself in the 6 months before (2 mornings with my youngest at pre-school going to the gym) no longer existed as I had one child to homeschool plus a toddler 24/7. I had been weightlifting for 6 months but hadn’t seen the changes I wanted to. I knew that my diet was where I was struggling, but I couldn’t work out how to get all the protein I needed from vegan sources. Anastasia was highly recommended to me and I’m over the moon to have found her. In 6 weeks I lost 8lbs, over 2 inches from my waist and nearly 5% body fat. But most importantly, with Anastasia’s help I had something to focus on that was just for me, during a time when nearly all my focus was on my family. It kept me sane during lockdown, it gave me a goal. This summer I was comfortable in my own skin, the first time in 4 years. I look better now than I did in my early 20s. Anastasia is always there to provide support, encouragement, to answer any question. She is extremely knowledgeable and her recipes are delicious. She has transformed the way I eat and how I fuel my body. Thank you!

Anastasia truly is a badass, vegan weightlifting scientist! And, that is exactly why I wanted to work with her.

I have followed Anastasia on social media for several years, as she is always sharing useful, relevant and FACTUAL information about diet, nutrition, and training. Over the years, I found that if I was looking for more information on anything, I would refer to Anastasia's content for clarification on anything or to learn more about a particular subject.

It made sense that, when I found myself struggling to stay on track (Thanks COVID!) and although building strength, my training was not optimal and my diet had fallen into the vegan junk food pit. I had gained a bit of weight, I didn't feel good and my confidence was very low.

Anastasia took the time to talk through my experience, my current situation and my goals, and then put together a comprehensive meal plan and training plan, specific to my needs and goals.

After 4 weeks of following her advice to the letter, my strength continued to increase, my body composition started changing (for the better!) AND I was down 5.1kg of fat.

Anastasia was always a call/text or voice message away to answer all of my (many, many) questions. I checked in with her once a week 'officially' with progress pictures, weight, measurements and updates. Anastasia provided thoughtful and encouraging feedback, and made any adjustments where necessary.

Anastasia has the scientific knowledge, the industry experience and the personal experience, as well s being an all around awesome person! I cannot recommend working with her enough!

“A few weeks ago I couldn’t imagine wanting my results shared, but this program and your help have been godsend. 
I’ve lost 3 kg since starting your plan, and even before I weighed myself I noticed a lot of bloat and puffiness being gone in my mirror reflection. 

I finally feel capable during my workouts, I’ve noticed a lot of strength gain and stability where I lacked both in my first week doing this.

"Before I started working with Anastasia, performance-based nutrition was a mystery to me. Despite being a generally healthy eater, I wasn't making the gains I wanted. I can't speak of this nutrition coaching highly enough! I didn't get only a meal plan or set of macros, which , of course. I did, but a way to lose weight and keep it off in a SUSTAINABLE way. In 6 months of coaching, not only I got to my desired weight, but also I got a set of tools which will allow me to keep it constantly, or get to it again if necessary. The last weeks, because "life got in the way" I wasn't able to stick to the plan consistently so I put on a bit of weight again but now I know how to get it off in a sustainable way.

I have tried many diets in the past and this nutrition plan is, hands on, the most sustainable one, easy to adhere to and adjusted to own preferences, which makes it easy to be consistent and stick to it. Of course, like everything else, it only works, if you also work, but it feels easier than any other plan I have ever tried, and, believe me, there have been many!

Another aspect I want to highlight is that the coaching has been a great help to improve my relationship with food and with my body image, which is a huge mental gain!

For all that I'm super thankful and would recommend this coaching to everybody who is looking for long term results, sustainability and joy in life.

Before I started as a client with Anastasia I was lost, depressed, and in physical and emotional pain.

I suffer from an eating disorder and throughout the years it varies from severe restriction, to periods of trying to have a regular diet, but failing due to fear of actually eating properly. This leading to binging and purging cycles.

I had just tried to start recovery again, coming out of a severe restrictive cycle, and gaining weight again. As always, I fell back into the binging and purging cycle. 

I went to the gym, but I did not enjoy it as I did years ago. 

What I initially wanted to gain from working with Anastasia was a better relationship with food (That I would be in control again), have less fat, and more muscle.

I never thought that my life would change so drastically in the few months I got to spend time with her.
Anastasia helped me overcome SO many fears in regards to food, I don’t even know where to start. I am eating proteins, carbohydrates AND FATS again. I never would of thought that. Not only that, but I have several real meals a day, in stead of a single meal. 

In fact, working with Anastasia has improved my health so much, it has healed my secondary amenorrhea of five years. I never managed to accomplish that myself, even at a weight within the ‘’healthy range’’.

Working out these days is an absolute joy! My strength keeps improving, and I’ve recently started dabbling in powerlifting. You see, my mindset has shifted as well. I started focussing less on the number on the scale, and more on how much I can lift! It is a very empowering feeling. I lift without pain, and even enjoy the exercises I used to hate.  Maybe I am not ripped, but I now know that most of the people you see on social media aren’t either. So much is fake, and there is MUCH more to life.

But beyond workouts, beyond nutrition, Anastasia does more. I have always had a very negative mindset. About myself, the world, everything. Working with Anastasia, I’ve gone through a change that I cannot describe. I feel mentally stronger, and safer to fight the day. 

Am I 100% free from all my eating disorder behaviours? No, but I know that one day I will be, as long as I keep working on it, and believe in myself. All thanks to Anastasia.

Working with Anastasia has been such an amazing experience. I have never accomplished so much, especially in only 6 weeks! Following the personal meal plan she created for me I was able to lose 20lbs. I had already been weight training for some time before starting my diet program with her but after tweaking my routine and staying consistent with her meal plan I have seen such incredible changes in my body. I have more strength and more defined and visible muscles than I have ever had before. Towards the end of my 6 weeks I found myself regularly adding in sets and reps to my training sessions and still feeling strong and energetic the rest of the day despite being in a calorie deficit. It has been a great feeling!

But it isn't just the short-term weight loss that I am so happy about. After going through 6 weeks with Anastasia's coaching and support I feel more confident than ever in my ability to achieve something that I want. I have tried so often in the past to lose weight and gain muscle, to achieve physical goals by myself, but now I have no doubt that I can accomplish what I want. You just need some sound science and good support, both of which Anastasia has perfected!

I want to really thank you for the amazing month I spent with you! I've learnt so much.... First that I could improve my muscle mass without eating meat!! One of my goals was to reduce meat in my diet, and.... it's so easy!!!

Then I learned that I can really challenge my body with a full body training. I wanted new physical challenge and that's a great one!!
